Korea + FinalityHome ground

The hardest tier-1 market in crypto. Imported playbooks and KOL budgets do not survive it.

The usual way in

Collect agency quotes, compare KOL counts, pick the discount. A year in: budget gone, nothing to show, backers asking how Korea is going. No answer.

The other way

When your window opens: page one of Naver (Korea's Google) is yours, Korean Telegram debates your token at 2am, and your backers watch Korea light up around your name.

Finality is the partner accountable for the second version.

01 · Why Korea

Why Korea is the trigger

Four facts, one conclusion.

Fact I

The largest market you can actually aim at.

KRW is the biggest single-nation currency pair in crypto, moving ~30% of global spot volume, out-trading even the dollar in peak quarters.1 The dollar belongs to every timezone and no country; you cannot aim a campaign at it. KRW volume is one language, one search engine, five exchanges, all on real-name Korean bank accounts.

USD VOLUME KRW VOLUME USD VOLUME KRW VOLUME
Left: dollar volume, scattered across every timezone. Right: KRW volume, one country, one language, one search engine, five exchanges.

Fact II

The realest volume in crypto.

Nearly all of it trades on domestic CEXs, and 85% of it is altcoins.2 A KRW 5.4T tape a day, about $4B, past 10T when it runs hot, with no market-maker theater propping it up: what moves here is real traders, real community, real price.3

Fact III

Korean listings move markets.

Every trader knows the pattern. Global listings sell the news; Korean listings buy it. And when Korea buys, global liquidity follows.

Fact IV

Every giant grew up here.

Ripple. Tron. Cardano. Aptos. Sui. The teams the world knows were made in Korea first.

Korea is the only market where winning one country is the global event. Winning it takes a different playbook. That playbook is what we run.

02 · The window

The most expensive line item in Korea

It is never the marketing budget. It is running the wrong strategy through your prime window.

Not listed yet? Your window is the Korean CEX listing. Already listed? Your next major catalyst. Either way it opens once, closes fast, and drops you against 700+ entrenched tokens, with hundreds more landing every year. Competition here looks like nowhere else, which is why imported playbooks fail.

Most teams see the mistake only after the window shuts. Our job is to make sure you never do.

03 · Two ways

Two ways to enter Korea

THE OLD PLAYBOOK YOU COUNTRY MGRLAW FIRMPR AGENCY MARKETINGCOMMUNITYMKTG AGENCY OUTCOME? YOU RUN 6 THREADS · 2-3 YRS THE FINALITY WAY YOU YOUR PM 6 SENIORS · ONE TEAM OUTCOME TALK TO 1 PERSON · 6 IN SYNC · MONTHS THE OLD PLAYBOOK YOU COUNTRY MGRLAW FIRM MARKETINGPR AGENCY COMMUNITYMKTG AGENCY OUTCOME? YOU RUN 6 THREADS · 2-3 YRS THE FINALITY WAY YOU YOUR PM 6 SENIORS · ONE TEAM OUTCOME TALK TO 1 PERSON · 6 IN SYNC · MONTHS
Same start, same goal. Left: you hunt down and run 6 separate threads. Right: you talk to one PM, and six seniors move as one behind them.

The upside is matched by the difficulty. A few KOL posts move nothing here, Silicon Valley-style bootstrapping converts no one when thousands are pitching at once, and regulation has shut the door on market-maker chart play. And buying by the piece, 1 PR here, 5 KOLs there, tells neither you nor your backers what is actually working. Get the strategy wrong and Korea gives you nothing, or hands you the bill first and the lesson after.

Winning here means building trust far beyond retail: regulators, chaebols, mainstream media, and above all Naver netizens, in native Korean, not translated Korean, sustained for 6-12 months before, through, and after your catalyst. The most expensive market to enter, and the most rewarding to win.

You communicate with one PM. Behind them, 6 senior specialists native to web2, web3, and Korea run every channel as one system, compliance-native, aligned with Korean narrative, regulation, and sentiment from day one.

The old way buys effort. The new way buys the outcome.

04 · The stakes

The wrong question

"How much for 1 PR and 5 KOLs?" That quote is usually already on the table when teams reach us. But counts are equipment, not a game plan: owning a football does not make you Son Heung-min. And a global brand is not a plan either. Ask the biggest names in crypto that tried:

Sui

A top-10 L1 summoned to a National Assembly audit over a circulating-supply mismatch, pushed to the edge of delisting review. Not fraud. Disclosure numbers.

Wemix

The home team: a token from one of Korea's biggest listed game companies, with home-field everything. Delisted over disclosure. Relisted. Delisted again.

Binance

The world's #1 exchange spent five years on Korea: a 2020 entry, a retreat, a local acquisition, a $100M debt repayment, and 2.5 years of review by the FIU, Korea's financial intelligence unit. Approved in late 2025.

Crypto.com

Bought a licensed local exchange, scheduled the launch, met a surprise FIU inspection instead. Postponed indefinitely.

Waves vs Kava

Same shock, opposite endings. Both ecosystems' stablecoins depegged. Kava answered Korea's exchange alliance in its language and was cleared; the Waves founder fought it on X and got delisted. The variable was not the incident. It was who spoke for them in Korea.

If brand or budget won this market, those names would own it. What decides outcomes here is different: every public word is a compliance event. Promotion that reads as solicitation invites consequences that compound: regulator flags, citizen reports (anyone can file one), permanent regional blocks on your site and services, media coverage of the block itself, investigations that can reach your own local users, questions waiting at Incheon airport, and exchange doors that close without a word.

None of that is avoided by hiding, and we would not help you hide. The line is rarely where outsiders expect it: Polymarket got itself blocked for the opposite sin, serving Koreans in Korean without the standing to do it. Every sentence, every event, every media conversation clears people who have run this market full cycle and know exactly where the line sits today, and how to be unmissable inside it.

So the right question is not "how many." It is "who is standing next to me."

05 · The system

Two layers, seven modules

The layers that run them

GTM + Compliance strategy, custom-built

Korean crypto regulation is a moving target: institutions disagree, agencies guess, and even government bodies read the line differently. We map it daily and bake a custom strategy into every module below; the impact is the sum, not the parts. It is also why exchanges keep saying yes: zero incidents, maximum impact.

Discoverability first: SEO, AEO, LLMO

Korean crypto runs on Telegram KOLs while Naver sits empty; that is why KOL budgets die here. We make Korean retail discover you first, then build the visibility and trust layer everything else lands on. No global PR firm, Korean agency, or crypto shop runs this at our level; the web2 + web3 + compliance stack behind it does not exist elsewhere.

Search

Naver search dominance

Korea's biggest search engine, owned end to end: page one for your name, brand terms ranked and defended, AI answers surfacing the right narrative.

Media

Mainstream media PR

Cheap PR is a liability here: one non-compliant sentence in a mainstream article follows your project forever. Ours pass compliance review, rank on Naver, feed AI answers, and read as native.

KOL

Agenda-fit KOL sprints

11M Koreans trade; every crypto KOL combined reaches under 100K.3 Surgical sprints built for depth and conversion, not reach.

Content

Organic content bursts

Localized waves timed to your catalysts, not a trickle of posts.

Community

Full-service community ops

Machine-translated channels become ghost rooms: thousands of members, zero questions. Ours run in native Korean, end to end: announcements, moderation, sentiment, support.

Offline

Offline, at every scale

Closed-door dinners to full-house meetups. Foreign teams optimize for VIP rooms; in Korea the VIP is the individual holder. We fill rooms with yours, then amplify through media.

Research

One flagship research piece

One institutional-grade Korea deep dive a year, 2 max. Scarce by design, built for lasting authority.

06 · The sequence

One window, three stages

Pre-TGE BUILD QUIETLY The window CONVERT Post-catalyst COMPOUND STAGE 1 · MONTHS STAGE 2 · WEEKS STAGE 3 · 6-12 MO OPENS ONCE · CLOSES FAST Pre-TGE BUILD QUIETLY STAGE 1 · MONTHS The window CONVERT STAGE 2 · WEEKS OPENS ONCE · CLOSES FAST Post-catalyst COMPOUND STAGE 3 · 6-12 MO

Every engagement opens by defining the outcome: volume share, community depth, institutional recognition, listing readiness. Then we sequence backwards from it. Same levers, different order; getting the order right is the job.

And listing readiness here means something specific. Korean exchanges do not weigh an application, they weigh a profile: disclosures that hold up, zero red flags on record, a living Korean community, visible retail demand, a credible mainstream presence. The three stages build that profile in parallel from day one, so when your window opens you are not scrambling to prepare it. You already are it. That is how listings come out both safe and fast, and why the 9 in 10 holds.

Stage 1 · Pre-TGE

Build before anyone is watching.

Narrative, regulatory posture, community architecture. Led by Naver and LLMO groundwork, organic content, community foundation. You leave with a Korea-native narrative and an early community that compounds.

Stage 2 · The window

Convert attention into position.

Timing, sequencing, coordination under pressure. Led by mainstream PR, Naver saturation, and offline moments, with KOL sprints in support. Search your name that week and you find an established presence, not a void.

Stage 3 · Post-catalyst

Turn a launch into an engine.

Sustained volume, deeper trust, Korean traction feeding global metrics. Led by community operations, compounding search and LLMO presence, steady media cadence. Korea becomes a predictable contributor to your global growth.

07 · Proof

Why teams trust us with this

10xglobal volume in one engagement's first 4 months, originated by Korean retail
10 wksto dual listing on Upbit and Bithumb
9/10Korean CEX listing success rate across engagements
Month 1guaranteed coverage in Korea's top mainstream media

Selected results from real engagements, not projections. Exchanges make their own listing decisions; we build the profile they can't overlook.

Zero regulatory incidents across 50+ campaigns in crypto's most regulation-sensitive market.

9 years embedded. Playbooks can be copied; 9 years of relationships across media, institutions, and the Naver ecosystem cannot.

Nothing you don't need. Agencies bundle their own channels and services into every scope because they already paid for them. We own none, sell none, and scope only what moves your outcome.

Privately verifiable outcomes. We never publicize client lists. Case studies and C-level references on request.

08 · Fit

Who we look for

5 slots a year means the fit has to be right, on both sides. What right looks like:

Capitalized. $6M+ raised in the past 1-2 years, or equivalent treasury. Serious markets take serious resourcing.

Korea-serious. This market is a strategic priority for you, not an experiment or a box to tick.

Committed. You know a market is not captured by hiring one Korea Lead or booking a few KOL posts. It takes real time, budget, and founder attention. There is no free lunch, here least of all.

Sound like your team? We would love to talk. Scope and contractual minimum outcomes come after the fit call, never from a menu.

If Korea is still a side experiment, or a KOL rate card is all you need right now, we are probably not the right fit yet.

Next steps

When the fit is right, doors open beyond Korea too: vetted partners across audit, entity formation, market making, and global expansion, through one coordinated channel.
